What is OzSquash?
OzSquash is Squash Australia's national program designed for primary aged students, 7 - 12yr olds. It is a great opportunity for children to develop hand-eye coordination, awareness, reflexes and their squash skills. Additionally, it promotes life-long health and wellbeing for students while giving them the opportunity to have fun.
Why choose OzSquash?
It is an opportunity for participants to boost their physical, psychological, social, and cognitive attributes. Features and benefits of OzSquash include:

How is it delivered?
OzSquash consists of four or five ACHPER approved 45 minutes to 1-hour sessions that can be easily conducted by a local squash coach, and or PE/generalist classroom teacher as part of the school curriculum.
Information for Schools
Sporting Schools funding is available for primary schools to deliver Sporting Schools programs before, during or after school hours using an NSO program - such as Squash Australia's OzSquash program!
Australian primary schools can apply for funding once per school term upcoming dates are:
Term 3, 2021
Monday 24 May 2021 (8 am AEST) - Friday 4 June 2021 (8 pm AEST)
Term 4, 2021
Monday 16 August 2021 (8 am AEST) - Friday 27 August 2021 (8 pm AEST)

Squash NSW is working to further develop the Sporting Schools program across the state through the newly created role of Community Engagement Coordinator. This will build stronger relationships between schools and clubs, and will assist to create links between the two. Ensuring program participants have a pathway into the sport, should they choose to keep it up.
