SQUASH NSW TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION 2024 - Are NOW CLOSED
Squash NSW is now open to expressions of interest for tournament registration for 2024, by NSW Clubs and Facilities.
To ensure we have the 2024 event calendar prepared and ready for you all by 1st November 2023.
- Squash NSW Tournament Registration for 2024: EOI closing 31st of August 2023
- 2024 Squash NSW Junior Championships: EOI closing 31st of August 2023
- 2024 Squash NSW Junior Silver: EOI closing 31st of August 2023
- 2024 NSW Open: EOI closing 31st of August 2023
2024 Squash NSW Tournament Registration
Expressions of Interest will close on the 31st of August 2023
- No tournaments will be added after the closing EOI date, 31st of August 2023, unless approved by Squash NSW.
- Any new events outside of the National and State Calendar process are required to submit a request to Squash NSW.
A minimum of 1 month before event start date on submission of request is needed - and await approval from Squash NSW and Squash Australia. - Tournament dates cannot clash with other clubs/centres tournament event dates unless approved by Squash NSW.
- You must be a fully paid affiliated club/centre or promoter to register an event to be included on the Event Calendar.
- You must provide full details of the event including entry terms and conditions.

PSA Events - PSA events will be coordinated with the Squash Australia National Events Lead Manager for the National Calendar. All centres wishing to host a PSA event should register their tournament dates via the tournament registration link.
Centres can have 2 x junior and 2 x senior tournaments on the calendar free as part of their affiliation.
Additional tournaments will cost $20 each. This is to limit more localised events being publicised as major events.
This doesn't include the major annual events such as Green Shield, CHS, State Titles, etc.

Squash NSW Tournament Hosting Requirements
You must be a fully paid affiliated club/centre or promoter to register an event to be included on the State Event Calendar.
You must comply with all Squash NSW, Squash Australia, World Squash Federation (WSF) and Professional Squash Association (PSA) Policies, Codes of Conduct, Guidelines Terms and Conditions this is mandatory.

All Centres/clubs are recommended to undertaking the Sport Integrity Australia -Play by the Rules course below
- Anti-doping fundamentals (formally known as Anti-Doping level 1)
- Competition Manipulation and Sports Betting.
- Harassment and Discrimination
- Child protection course
Child Safety Mandatory Requirements
Tournament host must comply with all Child Protection, Laws, Legislation, Policies, Codes of Conduct and Guidelines this is mandatory.
For All Junior Events it is a mandatory requirement that Tournament Directors, Tournament Staff, Officials, Volunteers and Club/Centre Staff have a Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- All WWCC must be provided to Squash NSW for verification.
It is expected that all clubs and centre staff and volunteers have a WWCC as it is reasonable to assume that juniors are playing at your club or centre.
